Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. It will be shipped via Bosta all over Egypt. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 2-7 business days depending on your location.

- You can try on your order while the courier waits outside.

Right now we only ship domestically.

If you don't receive a phone call from the courier within 2-5 days from placing your order, please let us know so we can check up on your shipment.

Returns are only allowed while the courier is at your doorstep.

Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival. If you are not satisfied, you may return the order directly with the courier. Once the courier leaves, we are unable to accept returns.

Cairo: 3 – 5 working days.
